Meet Attorney Kevin Mack
- Our Experienced Bankruptcy Attorney

Attorney Kevin A. Mack has over 35 years of legal experience in matters like bankruptcy, divorce, and vaccine claims. Attorney Mack attended the University of Michigan, where he received his undergraduate degree in 1980, before completing his Master’s in Political Theory from Bowling Green State University. From BGSU, he went on to attend the University of Dayton, where he received his J.D., cum laude, in 1984.

Upon receiving his law degree, Attorney Mack stayed in Dayton until 1986, where he worked in insurance defense, workers’ compensation law, and labor law before the Federal Courts and Workers Compensation Administrative Bodies. From Dayton, he moved to Lynchburg, VA, where he served as Company Counsel and Assistant Vice President of Structured Settlement and Immediate Annuity for First Colony Life Insurance. At First Colony, Attorney Mack played a key role in the National Structured Settlement Trade Association, serving as Chairman of its Legislation and Regulation and Industry Advisory Committees.

In 1992, Attorney Mack became the National Director for Travelers Property and Casualty Company and was responsible for their Structured Settlement Department. He continued holding those positions until 1997 when he continued practicing law, providing risk management consultations to multinational companies throughout the United States.

Attorney Mack relocated to Tiffin in 2006 to become a partner at Knutson & Mack, LLC, where he continues to practice bankruptcy law today. He represents clients in Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Virginia. With significant trial experience in insurance defense, commercial litigation, workers’ compensation, and personal injury litigation, he can represent plaintiffs and defendants, in addition to representing clients in cases like divorce, vaccine claims, Chapter 7 bankruptcy, and Chapter 13 bankruptcy.

Bailey joined the firm in 2015 as a Legal Assistant. She received her Criminal Justice Certificate from Terra Tech in 2005. Bailey handles bankrupcy filings and assists clients in preparing documents. She lives in Tiffin with her husband Dan, and their three children, Rylee, Owen, and Logan.
